The Q-GATE UG “PROMOTIONEL Instagram picture competition” starts on January 17, 2021 and ends on January 26, 2021 at midnight. Persons of legal age residing in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria are eligible to participate. Each user can only participate for himself (participation for others is excluded). With regard to the implementation of the competition and the drawing of prizes, legal recourse is final. The winner will be determined by a jury of the Q-GATE UG from all submitted picture contributions.
5 participants each receive a shopping voucher worth € 10. The main prize of € 150 is 1 x € 100 cash + € 50 shopping voucher
Participants in the competition and the draw are those who take a product image from Promotionel as a screenshot and upload the image to Instagram as a post or story with the hashtag #promotionel and the link to our Instagram channel @promotionel ( https://www.instagram.com/promotionel/ )
The winner will be notified by Instagram private message immediately after the raffle. To send the prices, the address is requested via the direct message function or by email. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data. Q-GATE UG is entitled to make changes to the profit. The payment of € 100 cash is made by bank transfer.

The data collected from the participant / winner (name and, if applicable, postal address) will not be passed on to third parties, but will only be used for the competition and the winner notification and then deleted. Winner data (name and postal address) will only be passed on to the shipping service provider to send the prizes and will be deleted immediately afterwards. The Q-GATE UG competition has no connection to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The organizer of the competition and recipient of the information provided for participation is not Instagram, but Q-GATE UG, Gosbertstr. 20, 72108 Rottenburg am Neckar. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
Further legal information
A violation of the conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides incorrect information or if photos or other content (e.g. comments) used violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that can be viewed as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading or that violate social decency or applicable law in any other way. The use of automated programs or comparable measures to manipulate the competition leads to exclusion from participation. Q-GATE UG reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign if they suspect manipulation without giving reasons. We reserve the right to prematurely end the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing a deadline, or to change its course if it is due to technical (e.g. manipulation of or errors in software / hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) it is not possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly.
If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently withdrawn.

The participants assure that they are the authors of their submitted contributions and that they do not violate any third party rights. The participants further assure that they have obtained the necessary rights of use for all content from third parties, the use of which requires the granting of rights, including the right that the content can also be used by the organizers in the context of the competition and within the scope of these conditions of participation. The organizer is not obliged to check the content provided by the participants (e.g. texts) for potential violations of the rights of third parties. However, the organizers are entitled to refuse content if, in their appropriate assessment, they are illegal or offend against common decency.
The rights to the content and competition entries remain with the participants, subject to a claim according to the following option right.
The participants agree that their competition entries in connection with the competition may be used, disseminated and otherwise made publicly available to third parties by the organizer for the purpose of public relations work in online and offline media (e.g. in the print sector).
For the purposes of public relations, the participants therefore grant the organizer, free of charge, the simple right, unlimited in terms of time, space and content, to use the competition entries themselves or through third parties, in particular to reproduce, distribute, make publicly perceptible, edit and translate and - to the extent that it is necessary for public relations work - to grant third parties the right to use the competition entries.
In particular, the organizer has the right to report on the competition and the content submitted to the competition in words and pictures and to exploit this in the media.
